  3. You need 1/2 cup of Gochu Garu (korean chili flakes).

  6. Prepare 1/3 cup of coarse sea salt.

  10. Keep in the fridge for minimum of 24h.
  11. Kimchi can be consumed fresh and fermented, preferably with hot rice.
