  1. Provide of Soaked chana.
  2. Get of Onion.
  3. Prepare of Dry coconut grated.
  4. You need of Garlic ginger paste.
  5. Provide of Red chilli powder.
  6. Provide of Chhole masala.
  7. Use of Turmeric Powder.
  8. You need of Mustard,cumin seeds.
  9. Get of Oil.

Steps to make Chana masala:

  1. Wash the soaked chana and cook it in pressure cooker.Add pinch of salt and 1/2TSP turmeric powder while cooking.
  2. Saute onion and dry coconut and make paste on mixer with coriander.
  3. Now heat oil,add mustard and cumin seeds add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,chana masala.
  4. Mix well and add the paste and ginger garlic paste saute it till it looses the oil.
  5. Now add the cooked chana mix well.Let it cook for 5 minutes..
  6. Now add water to get desired consistency.Let it boil.
  7. Serve hot with roti or rice.
