  1. Get 1 1/2 cup of Flour.
  2. You need 1 cup of (Packed) Brown Sugar.

  9. Prepare 10 oz of Jar of raspberry jam.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Put the flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder in the food processor, and pulse to combine. Add the butter and process while you count to 20. (The mixture shouldn't have any chunks of butter.).
  2. Dump the flour mixture into a mixing bowl. Add the oats, coconut or walnuts, and stir to combine. Press about 3/4 of the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish. Really mash it hard with clean hands..
