The ingredients needed to cook Rice cake:

  1. Take 2 cup of rice.
  2. Get 1 cup of Urad dal soaked overnight.
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  4. Use 2 pinch of baking soda.
  5. Get to taste of Salt.
  6. Take as needed of Liquid jaggery.

Instructions to make Rice cake:

  1. Gring the soaked dal chawal to make a fine paste.
  2. In a mixing bowl mix bater, baking soda, baking powder, salt, well to make it floppy.
  3. Take a heavy base kadhai on gas por some oil, add the bater to it cover up with Al a lid.. On a slow flame.
  4. Check after 15 mins.... If it done from Lowe side turn it for another 10 to 15 mins.
