  1. Provide 200 grams of chana.
  2. Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds, mustard seeds,.

Instructions to make Chana Masala:

  1. Chana wash the water soak at night & boiled them properly in a cooker.
  2. Then grinding 2green chillies,1/2t.spoon small cumin seeds,1/2t.spoon small muster seeds, 2 t.spoon peanut, 2-4curry leave, 1/2 t.spoon small khaskhas.
  3. 5- 6 tomato pic grinding them.
  4. Heat oil in a pan put the grinder mixture &add tomato puree mix well then add all spices according to your taste.
  5. Mix untill the mixture truns slight brown in colour add boiled Chana again mix properly cover the lid for 5 min Chana is ready to serve it.
